Content of the event
As part of our Municipal Legal Situation North Rhine-Westphalia, we continuously analyse and explain current legal developments in the central areas of municipal task management. We prepare topics such as access to files, urban land-use planning, data protection, service law or municipal finances in a practical and solution-orientated manner for you.
From April, we will be expanding our programme to include an in-house seminar series for the first time - directly at your premises. To this end, we are offering to speak for an hour on two of the seminar topics listed below at your choice and provide information on current developments. The next available dates are
28.04.2026, 29.04.2026 and 30.04.2026. Further dates are possible in June.
Seminar topics at a glance:
- Scandals and the press - what may and must be communicated
- Prevention of corruption and ban on accepting gifts
- Conflicts on duty - when does a lack of care become expensive?
- Fit for duty? Medical examination and retirement explained in compact form
- Dealing with the public prosecutor's office - what happens when the public prosecutor comes knocking
- Attractiveness of the municipality as an employer and employer
Participation in this in-house seminar series is free of charge.
We will be happy to arrange dates - subject to availability -, topics and organisational details with you individually.
