A generational change in the management of DOMBERT Rechtsanwälte is imminent: On 1 April 2024, the new Dr Dominik Lück and Dr Maximilian Dombert the management of the law firm. They replace founding partners Janko Geßner and Prof. Dr Klaus Herrmann as well as Dr Jan Thiele. At the same time, the change of management is associated with a centralisation of the management in order to streamline and accelerate decision-making processes: instead of dividing the firm into different areas of responsibility, the two will jointly dedicate themselves to the current management tasks. This includes putting the rapid growth of the law firm on a sustainable footing. In the past year in particular, more new lawyers were hired. There are currently 32 lawyers working at the two offices in Potsdam and Düsseldorf - and the trend is still rising. The integration of young colleagues is to be further promoted. The career guide, which has been in place since 2017, will play an important role in this, as young lawyers can contribute to its revision and contribute their own ideas. The digitalisation of the firm's processes will also be systematically pursued. Decisive foundations have already been laid with the introduction of new law firm software and state-of-the-art hardware.
