This year, DOMBERT Rechtsanwälte was once again represented with a stand at the Future of Festivals trade fair. The industry meeting of the festival and event industry took place on 28 and 29 November 2024 in the Arena Berlin. DOMBERT Rechtsanwälte provides support and advice from the initial planning stages through to the realisation of festivals - including on site. The focus is on construction planning and building regulations law as well as various other areas of constitutional and administrative law. For example, Rechtsanwalt Dr Maximilian Dombert discussed the legal basis for the evaluation of camera surveillance by AI with other experts. Rechtsanwalt Michael Liesegang dealt with the high bureaucratic requirements that need to be observed when organising festivals.
