DOMBERT Rechtsanwälte is one of the TOP 50 employers for both career starters and trainee lawyers. The law firm was particularly successful at this year's „iurratio awards 2026“. For the first time, it earned a bronze medal as the best boutique law firm for career starters. „DOMBERT performed particularly well in the „Diversity & Social Responsibility“ category, where the law firm stood out with its consistently practised diversity concept and an open, appreciative working environment,“ the statement said. Other assessment categories include health and work-life balance, training and development, working models and career prospects as well as legal tech and digital equipment.

The law firm also made it to third place in the category „best boutique law firm for trainee lawyers“ at the first attempt. The reason for this was that the law firm scored well in all areas. The assessment included the involvement in practical work, support in preparing for exams, remuneration and additional offers as well as the prospects for starting a career. In the survey, in which more than 2,000 young lawyers were asked about their preferred employer, many talented individuals voted in favour of the law firm, „which underlines its attractiveness as a training centre and employer for young legal talent“, the report continues. As the best employer for trainee lawyers in the eastern region, the law firm moved up from 8th place in the previous year to 6th place.
