Commissioning of construction services - from legally compliant awarding of contracts to defect-free acceptance

As the saying goes, where there's wood, there are chips. There is still a lot of planing, i.e. building, in the public sector. However, it is not unheard of for mistakes to be made during the preparation of a construction contract or during the award procedure, as well as during the execution of a construction project, which the universities have to deal with.

Incorrect cost estimates or calculations, inaccurate service descriptions, contradictory contract terms - all of these lead to an increased susceptibility to supplementary work or possible legal losses.

The ongoing restrictions in the construction sector due to the war in Ukraine and the economic sanctions imposed on Russia and Belarus are also increasingly causing clients to deal with delays in construction times and increases in construction costs, which must be prevented at the contract design and awarding stage.
