Content of the event
The awarding of framework agreements for supplies and services, but also for construction services, is very important in practice and is a common procurement instrument. Once awarded, they save the contracting authorities administrative work for recurring services, offer more flexibility compared to conventional contracts and lead to corresponding planning security due to the longer-term commitment of the companies. The seminar will deal with the main regulations and their application, practical experience and the relevant case law on the awarding of framework agreements.
