Content of the event
The procurement of artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly important for public sector clients. AI applications offer a wide range of opportunities to increase efficiency and modernise administration. At the same time, they present contracting authorities with new legal and practical challenges.
The European AI Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 („AI Act“) and the planned national implementation law will create a new regulatory framework that will also have a significant impact on public procurement. In future, public clients will be increasingly required to consider aspects such as risk assessment, transparency requirements and legal responsibilities at an early stage. Against this background, we offer you a compact short seminar that presents the essential legal and procurement law framework conditions of AI procurement in an understandable and practical way.
