Content of the event
What is it about?
The seminar deals with legal protection issues in public procurement law and current case law. It deals with the requirements for complaints and how to deal with them, the requirements for an admissible application for review, the course of the review procedure and the decision-making powers of the public procurement tribunal. It also deals with the appeal as a legal remedy and the extension of the suspensive effect by the public procurement tribunal. The book also deals with the advance authorisation of the award and the ordering of interim measures, such as the execution of the contract. Explanations on interim procurement during an ongoing review procedure and on review procedures under state law in the sub-threshold area round off the seminar.
