Lots of new developments in environmental law: New regulations through RED III, BImSchG amendment, etc.

Endless innovations? Under the heading of „acceleration“, a series of amendments for solar and wind energy projects, as well as other projects, have been introduced in recent years.
Most recently, the law implementing RED III came into force on 15 August 2025, which in turn brings with it numerous changes to the approval law for renewable energies, as well as other innovations. The seminar will therefore focus on the implementation of RED III, but also on the BImSch amendment from 2024, which continues to raise numerous questions, and other new regulations. References to current case law will round off the presentation.
