- The seminar provides participants with a basic overview of all parts of the VOB. Consequences for practical administrative action are shown. Part A deals with both national and EU-wide procedures and uses current case law to provide the basis for the lawful execution of construction contracts. In the second part of the seminar, numerous practical examples will be used to explain the significance of the provisions of Parts B and C of the VOB in the course of implementing the construction contract.

Rechtsanwalt Philipp Buslowicz, LL.M.
has been working as Rechtsanwalt since 2019 and at DOMBERT Rechtsanwälte since 2020. He specialises in public commercial and public procurement law. In particular, he advises the public sector on the structuring of complex procurement processes and national and international companies on applications for the award of public contracts and represents them in review proceedings. Mr Rechtsanwalt Buslowicz also specialises in advising on Polish law, in particular construction and public procurement law. This also in Polish.
