Content of the event

The procurement of sustainable and healthy catering in daycare centres and schools is a regular challenge for many providers.

The Brandenburg Networking Centre has therefore developed the new Web-based work aid „COMPASS for the allocation of catering services“ - including explanatory texts and generators for the creation of service specifications. This is intended to support daycare centre and school authorities in Brandenburg in tendering for and sustainably establishing health-promoting catering in individual facilities.

In the Web seminar series we present our KOMPASS tool and provide an overview of how you can systematically improve the quality of daycare and school catering in your facilities.

The modules of the web seminar series are free of charge for daycare centre and school authorities in Brandenburg.

The brief introductory presentation of COMPASS and the five different sub-modules are each available as Individual modules designed and also Individually selectable. They each last around 90 minutes.
