Content of the event

The awarding of construction contracts is one of the most difficult matters that public procurement law has to offer. The financial volume is high, many different trades intertwine and the whole thing is subject to constant dynamics.

The transparency requirement will be discussed, as well as how to deal with subcontracting and subsidiary bids and procedural documentation. Furthermore, you will be shown how to weigh up general or total contractor awards on the one hand and lot-by-lot awards on the other.
