Planning, construction and infrastructure projects

Large construction projects rarely meet with an undivided response. We find workable compromises in the interests of our clients.

One focus of our practice is on legal process management.

The Public building law belongs to the Core competences of our law firm. We support municipalities and municipal associations in drawing up land use plans and development plans as well as regional planning communities in regional planning. Mandates concerning the permissibility of individual projects under building regulations or construction planning law also play a major role in our practice. Our expertise also extends to legal issues relating to reorganisation. We are also competent contacts in the Monument law, for example, when it comes to conflicts between energy-efficient refurbishment and monument protection.

Due to our special expertise in planning and approval law, companies and public bodies often turn to us when spatially significant projects such as power lines, motorways, waterways, port facilities or flood protection measures are to be realised. We support transmission system operators as well as regional grid operators and energy supply companies, state authorities, municipalities and districts in the legally compliant realisation of their infrastructure projects.
