The F.A.Z. is currently examining this instrument and quotes Rechtsanwalt’s Tobias Roß on the matter: „Our law firm has drawn up a model contract for flexible grid connection agreements on behalf of the Wind and Solar Specialist Agency.“

Tobias Roß sees this as a pragmatic approach, but at the same time emphasises that flexible grid connections cannot replace the necessary grid expansion.
