On the one hand, the new governing coalition of the CDU/CSU and SPD intends to accelerate the expansion of infrastructure. On the other hand, the goal of climate neutrality has recently been enshrined in the German Basic Law for the first time with a specific deadline - to be achieved by 2045. Rechtsanwalt explains in an article in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung Tobias Ross, to what extent these two goals could hinder each other.
