Whether housing, public buildings or transport infrastructure - a lot of new construction and renovation work will be carried out in Germany over the next few years. However, local authorities often do not have the human and financial resources to tackle these challenging projects on their own. Rechtsanwalt Janko Geßner will be speaking at the Construction Procurement Day on 22 May 2025 about the extent to which alternative procurement models can be an interesting solution. In a workshop that he is organising together with Arne Sangerhausen from the consultancy firm PSPC - Public Sector Project Consultants GmbH, he will discuss with participants how the right model can be found and how the necessary committees can be sufficiently involved.

The Construction Procurement Day is organised by the German Procurement Network and is aimed at procurement offices, construction departments and managers from public administrations as well as experts from the construction industry, architects and consultants.
