What lies ahead for players in the energy market? This was the central question on the minds of the participants at the Hasewind expert forum, which took place in Osnabrück in mid-April 2026. The focus was on the problem that the grids are overloaded on the one hand, but that grid expansion is still progressing too slowly on the other. In his presentation on the „Turning point in energy law“, Rechtsanwalt Tobias Roß provided information on the hot topics of the „grid package“ and redispatch, the EEG amendment 2026 and the reform of grid fees (AgNes amendment). In her presentation, lawyer Judith Affeldt explained what plant operators can do to speed up grid connection in view of the overloaded grids. She also presented the current status of model contracts for flexible grid connection agreements. DOMBERT was commissioned by the Wind and Solar Agency to draw up this very important set of contracts for the industry. „Hasewind“ is one of the leading network organisations in the wind energy sector and offers players the opportunity to exchange ideas in this dynamic market at various specialist events.
