Content of the event
The 4th Solar Law Day will be dedicated to the current legal and economic challenges in the planning and realisation of photovoltaic projects, focusing in particular on directly related topics such as the realisation of battery storage and grid connection. In addition to legal topics such as the control of FF-PVA in urban land-use planning and approval procedures, the conference will also examine very practical current topics such as the level of acceptance of agri-PV projects at municipal level or an economic analysis of the question of why approved PV projects often cannot currently be realised.
In addition, current legal approval issues in connection with the realisation of battery storage systems will be considered and the question of whether flexible grid connection agreements will finally bring the necessary breakthrough for the realisation of renewable energy projects will be answered. The programme will be rounded off by a practice-oriented presentation of the possibilities for the legal assessment of all these topics during the transaction process by means of due diligence.
There is also the opportunity to make new contacts and engage in dialogue in a historical setting.
