The debate surrounding the provision of meals in schools and daycare centres has become increasingly heated in recent years. Ecological aspects and tight budgets on the one hand, speedy procedures and parental involvement on the other - a wide range of questions have arisen, especially in dealing with the considerable price increases since last year.
In our consulting practice, we have also noticed that many local authorities need advice on the awarding of catering services in daycare centres and schools. In our seminar, we will therefore outline the requirements for awarding contracts, provide practical tips on involving parents and discuss the legally compliant drafting of meal allowance statutes.
