Planning, Construction and Infrastructure Projects

Large construction projects are rarely met with unanimous approval. We find viable compromises in the interests of our clients.

One focus of our practice is legal process management.

Public construction law is one of our firm's core areas of expertise. We support municipalities and municipal associations in drawing up land use plans and development plans, as well as regional planning associations in regional planning. Mandates concerning the admissibility of individual projects under building or planning law also play a major role in our practice. Our expertise also extends to legal issues relating to redevelopment. We are also competent partners in monument protection law, for example when it comes to conflicts between energy-efficient renovation and monument protection.

Due to our special expertise in planning and approval law, companies and public bodies often turn to us when projects with spatial implications such as power lines, motorways, waterways, port facilities or flood protection measures are to be implemented. We support transmission system operators, regional network operators and energy supply companies, state authorities, municipalities and districts in the legally compliant implementation of their infrastructure projects.
