The University of Applied Sciences Potsdam has appointed Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Jan Thiele as an honorary professor in the Department of Civil Engineering for the winter semester 2024/25. Thiele has been teaching planning and environmental law there for more than five years. The Department of Civil Engineering has been training young people to become civil engineers for 25 years and has seven laboratories that are used for research and study.
