The protection of personal data is a highly sensitive task. We assist federal and state authorities, municipalities, public sector businesses, schools and childcare facilities in implementing all data protection requirements – from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the regulations of specific data protection ordinances in the respective federal states. We also support businesses and public authorities in any conflicts with data protection law, such as complaints or lawsuits from affected parties.

We support public authorities in the challenges of digitalisation: we assist them in transitioning from analogue to digital processes and ensure that online access to administrative services is legally compliant and in line with data protection regulations. We develop data protection concepts and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) in accordance with Art. 35 GDPR.

Additionally, we advise on the safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence. The automation and integration of AI solutions can significantly improve the efficiency of administrative services. We ensure that transparency and ethical principles are fulfilled in accordance with applicable regulations, such as the European Union's AI Act.
