Content of the event
Battery storage systems play a central role in the energy transition. They enable the integration of renewable energies, contribute to grid stability and are also becoming increasingly important for security of supply. Accordingly, the market for storage projects is currently developing dynamically.
At the same time, the legal framework for battery storage systems is undergoing profound change. With the new planning law privileges in outdoor areas, the developments and challenges in grid connection - particularly in the context of the new maturity level procedure of the transmission system operators - as well as the current reform processes for grid fees and construction cost subsidies as part of the AgNes process, key framework conditions are changing simultaneously at various levels.
These developments are causing considerable uncertainty for project developers, investors and other market players: Which requirements are currently relevant? How do the various regulatory complexes interact? And what are the practical consequences for the realisation of storage projects?
In this seminar, we will look at the most frequently discussed regulatory problems and present possible solutions. From practitioners for practitioners.
