The Protection of personal data is a sensitive task. We help regional authorities and local councils, public-sector organisations, schools and nurseries to comply with all data protection requirements – from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) right through to the provisions of the specific data protection regulations in the respective federal states. We also assist companies and public authorities with Conflicts with data protection law, for example in the event of complaints or grievances from affected parties.

We support public authorities in the challenges of digitalisation: we assist them in transitioning from analogue to digital processes and ensure that online access to administrative services is legally compliant and in line with data protection regulations.
